  4. Request three consecutive batch COAs with the sample shipment. One sample lot tells you whether that specific production run was acceptable. Three consecutive COAs tell you whether the supplier can hold parameters across production. For terminal blocks going into UL-listed panels, include the wire gauge range and tightening torque spec — these appear on the UL listing and mismatches cause field rejection.
