Review them for lot number consistency, hardness range stability, and dimensional variation across lots. Three lots minimum. If the supplier cannot produce three prior production lots’ documentation because they are a new supplier for this product, that is material information for your qualification decision, not a technicality to waive.

For buyers sourcing into the EU market, add a REACH SVHC declaration specific to nickel content as a mandatory document requirement before first shipment. Do not wait for customs to flag it.
